Wunderbar Consulting & Services Ltd. is an au pair sending agency based in Kampala, Uganda. They recruit, screen and prepare motivated candidates aged 18–26 from Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and other African countries. Partner agencies can rely on receiving profiles of candidates who are culturally prepared and have their visa documents in order, ready to be matched with host families.
The team combines local presence in Uganda with strong ties to Germany, so they understand both the candidates’ background and the expectations of European host families. Every candidate is personally interviewed and prepared by the Wunderbar team before being introduced to a partner.
Already working with RAL-certified agencies in Germany, Wunderbar welcomes new opportunities and cooperations with new partners in other host countries.
