We’re happy to see the IAPA community growing and to welcome our new member from France.
Founded in France in 2020, Trip and Family works in both directions. The agency helps French host families welcome au pairs from abroad, and it helps young people from France find au pair placements in other countries.
Working with international partners, Trip and Family guides au pairs and host families throughout the whole stay, from contracts and insurance to the courses au pairs are required to take. One addition the agency is proud of is the first-aid training, which it introduced into its programmes two years ago. It gives au pairs more confidence and host families more peace of mind.
This summer, the agency opened a branch in Dublin, Ireland.
